The Management Board of Trakcja - Tiltra S.A. (“the Company”) provides, as appendix no. 1 to the report, a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders held on 17 May 2012 in Warsaw.

Legal basis:  Article 70 paragraph 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws 2005, No. 184, item 1539 as amended).
