13/2012 - Selection of an entity authorised to audit financial statements

The Management Board of Trakcja - Tiltra S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that on 13 April 2012 the Supervisory Board of the Company, pursuant to Article 16, paragraph 2.7 of the Company’s Articles of Association decided on the selection of BDO sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul.  Postępu 12, 02-676 Warsaw, as an entity authorized to audit financial statements (No. of authorization KIBR 3355), which was entrusted with the task to review single, consolidated and semi-annual financial statements of the Company and the Capital Group for the first half of 2012 and audit single and consolidated annual financial statements of the Company and the Capital Group for 2012.

Previously, the Company used the services of BDO sp. z o.o. and BDO Numerica International Auditors and Consultants Sp. z o.o. (now BDO sp. z o.o.) in the scope of audit of financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the years 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2008, and the services of BDO Numerica S.A. in the scope of audit of financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the years 2004-2007.

An agreement shall be concluded for a review of semi-annual financial statements of the Company and the Group drawn up as of 30 June 2012, and audit of annual financial statements of the Company and the Group drawn up as of 31 December 2012.

The Supervisory Board has selected an entity authorized to audit financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.

Legal basis:  § 5 paragraph 1 item 19 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state.
