7/2012 - Information about the change of the date of publication of the (standalone) annual report

The Management Board of Trakcja - Tiltra S.A.  (the ”Company”) hereby announces change of date on which the (standalone) annual reportand the consolidated annual for the 2011 financial year are to be delivered.  The statements shall be published on 20 March 2012.

The original date of publication of the periodic report for the above period was scheduled for 15 March 2012, of which the Company informed in its current report No 5/2012 of 31 January 2012.

Legal basis:§ 103 paragraph 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (Journalof Laws No. 33, item 259, as amended)
