75/2011 - Information about the change of the date of publication of the statement for the third quarter of 2011

The Management Board of Trakcja - Tiltra S.A.  (the ”Company”) hereby announces change of date on which the interim statement for the third quarter of 2011 is to be delivered.  The statement shall be published on 14 November 2011.

The original date of publication of the interim statement for the above period was scheduled for 10 November 2011, of which the Company informed in its current report No 1/2011 of 5 January 2011.

Legal basis:§ 103 paragraph 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (Journalof Laws No. 33, item 259, as amended)
