22/2010 - Information on protests submitted to the minutes during the Annual General Meeting of Trakcja Polska S.A. of 20 July 2010

The Management Board of Trakcja Polska SA, with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby announces that during the Annual General Meeting, which restarted on 20 July 2010 after the announced recess, protests were submitted to the minutes on the following resolutions: resolution no. 6A on the distribution of the Company’s profit or the coverage of its losses for 2009 and resolution no. 23A/2010 on the selection of a Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.

Legal grounds:§ 38(1)(9) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and regular information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for accepting information required by the provisions of the law of a state which is not a Member State as being equivalent (Journal of Laws no. 33, item 259, as amended).
