1/2010 - Timing of publications of regular reports in 2010

The Management Board of Trakcja Polska S.A. is hereby announcing the timing of publications of regular reports in 2010:

 

 

1.    The consolidated annual report (CR) for the 2009 financial year – on 19 March 2010.

The (standalone) annual report (R) for the 2009 financial year – on 19 March 2010.

 

2.    The consolidated quarterly reports (QCR) containing abridged standalone financial information:

 

- report for 1Q 2010 - on 14 May 2010.

- report for 3Q 2010 - on 10 November 2010.

 

3.    The consolidated half-yearly report (CHR) containing abridged standalone financial information – on 27 August 2010.

 

Simultaneously, in accordance with § 83(1) and § 83(3) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and regular information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for accepting information required by the provisions of the law of a state which is not a Member State as being equivalent (Journal of Laws no. 33, item 259) (hereinafter: “Regulation”), the Company declares that the consolidated quarterly and half-yearly reports will contain, respectively, quarterly and half-yearly standalone financial statements. The annual report will be prepared and published in both standalone and consolidated forms.

Pursuant to § 102(1) of the above Regulation, the Company will not publish a quarterly report for 4Q 2009 or, pursuant to § 101(2) of the Regulation, a quarterly report for 2Q 2010.

 

 

Legal grounds:

§ 103(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and regular information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for accepting information required by the provisions of the law of a state which is not a Member State as being equivalent (Journal of Laws no. 33, item 259).
