41/2009 - Notice of transactions on Trakcja Polska S.A.?s securities

Pursuant to Article 160(4) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments (Journal of Laws No. 183, item 1538) the Management Board of Trakcja Polska S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby announces that, on 07 August 2009, it received a notice from Maciej Radziwiłł, who holds the post of President of the Issuer’s Management Board, that, on 07 August 2009, a company which is indirectly (i.e. through Cresco Financial Advisors Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, mixed joint stock and limited liability company) controlled by Mr. Radziwiłł, i.e. BBB4 Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company), with its registered office in Warsaw, contributed 2,375,000 of the Issuer’s shares held by itself to Shahtoosh Capital II FIZ Aktywów Niepublicznych, with its registered office in Warsaw,as its subscription for the investment fund’s certificates.  According to the information received, Mr. Maciej Radziwill and BBB4 Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością are the owners of all of the investment fund’s certificates which have been issued.
