23/2009 - Information on the conclusion of contracts

The Management Board of Trakcja Polska S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that, on 20 May 2009, its subsidiary – Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Komunikacyjnych – 7 S.A. (PRK -7 S.A.) with its registered office in Warsaw, signed a contract with PKP Szybka Kolej Miejska w Trójmieście sp. z o.o.

This contracts applies to the SKMMU – ZP/N/17/09 proceedings – for construction works regarding the modernisation and renovation of the Fast Urban Railway (SKM), station and the roofs at the Sopot station, as well as reconstruction of the approaches to the platform, the track system and the traction network.

The value of the contract is PLN 11,177,005 net.

Deadline for the completion of the works: 12 months

The Company announced that it had submitted the proposal with the lowest price for the task in question in current report no. 16/2009 of 29 April 2009. The Company also announced that its proposal had been found the best proposal for the task in question, in current report no. 19/2009 of 6 may 2009.
