17/2009 - List of information announced in 2008

Pursuant to Article 65(1) of the Act on the public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organised trading, as well as on listed companies, the Management Board of Trakcja Polska S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces the list of current and regular reports published in 2008.  

The list of current and regular reports published in 2008, together with the place of their publication, constitutes an appendix to this report.  

Pursuant to Article 27 of Commission Regulation (EC) 809/2004, the Issuer would like to point out that some of the information contained in the list and reports may be out of date.
