11/2009 - Updated timetable of financial reports for 2009
Further to the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009, regarding the current and periodical information provided by securities issuers, and the conditions of recognising the information required by the laws of non-member states as equivalent (Journal of Laws No. 33 of 28 February 2009, item 25),
the Management Boardof Trakcja Polska S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces the updated dates of release of financial reports in 2009:
1. Consolidated annual report (RS) for 2008 – on 30 April 2009;
(Stand-alone) Annual report (R) for 2008 – on 30 April 2009;
2. Consolidated extended quarterly reports (QSr):
- for the 1st Quarter of 2009 – on 14 May 2009;
- for the 3rd Quarter of 2009 – on 16 November 2009.
The Management Board of Company announces that because of the lack of relevant obligation, the consolidated extended report for the 2nd Quarter of 2009 will not be published.
3. Consolidated extended report for the first half of 2009 (PSr) – on 31 August 2009.
