1/2009 - Financial reports timetable for 2009

The Management Board of Trakcja Polska S.A. hereby announces the dates of release of financial reports in 2009:

 

 

1.    Consolidated annual report (RS) for 2008– on 30 April 2009;
(Stand-alone) Annual report (R) for 2008– on 30 April 2009;

 

2.    Consolidated quarterly reports (QSr) including summary stand-alone financial information:

 

- for 4Q 2008 – on 27 February 2009;

- for 1Q 2008 – on 15 May 2009;

- for 2Q 2008 – on 14 August 2009;

- for 3Q 2008 – on 13 November 2009.

 

3.    Consolidated report for the first half of 2009 (PSr), including summary stand-alone financial information – on 30 September 2009.

 

At the same time,for 2009, the management board ofTrakcja Polska S.A. also declares its intention to regularly present consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated report for the first half of the year, including stand-alone financial information.
