82/2022 - Notification under Article 19 (1) MAR

The Management Board of  Trakcja S.A. (the „Company”) informs that the Company has received notification under Article 19 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 (MAR) submitted by Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu Spółka Akcyjna [Industrial Development Agency Joint Stock Company] as a person closely associated with Jakub Lechowicz – Management Board Member of the Company and Klaudia Budzisz- Supervisory Board Member of the Company as regards the acquisition of the Company’s stock on 8 November 2022.

The contents of the notification constitute a schedule hereto.
