80/2022 - Changes in the composition of the Management Board

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) informs that on 13 October 2022, during late night hours, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions under which as at 13 October 2022:
 
1.    Mr. Artur Szumisz has been appointed to the position of a member on the Company's Management Board;  
2.    Mr. Jakub Lechowicz continued to be a member of the Company's Management Board appointed as Internal Audit Director, [and] has been recalled from his previous position of the President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company;
3.    Mr. Piotr Mechecki continued to be a member of the Company's Management Board appointed as the Head of Key Accounts, [and] has been recalled from his previous position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company.  

In keeping with the statement made, the President of the Management Board;
- is not engaged in any other activity outside the Issuer's business, which would be competitive with the activity of the Issuer,  
- is not a partner in a competitive civil law partnership, other partnership or any commercial company,
- does not participate in any competitive legal person as a member of any of its bodies,
- is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under the Act on the National Court Register,
- is not entered in the National Register of Debtors kept under the Act on the National Court Register.
 
Information on educational background, qualifications and previously held positions, along with the description of professional experience of the newly appointed President of the Management Board, has been made available by the Company as an appendix hereto.
 
 
Legal basis:
Article 5 para. 5 of the Regulation of 29 March 2018 of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognition as equivalent of information required under non-member state law regulations.
