74/2022 - The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) informs that

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) informs that on 11 October 2022 PRK 7 Nieruchomości sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of the Issuer (“Contractor”) and Instytut Solidarności i Męstwa im. Witolda Pileckiego with its registered office in Warsaw (“Client”) signed a contract for construction works under the project named “Expansion and Reconstruction of the Building intended for Office and Service Purposes located in Warsaw at ul. Sienna 82” (“Contract”).

A total Information on conclusion of significant agreement by PRK 7 Nieruchomości
gross value of the contract is PLN 75,707,706.00. The works are to be completed within 56 weeks of the signing of the Contract. The remaining terms of the Contract do not deviate from the terms generally applied to similar contracts.

The Issuer’s Management Board decided to disclose this information, because the aforementioned contract forms significant part of the contract portfolio performed by Trakcja Group and PRK 7 Nieruchomości sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of the Issuer, and because it affects current and future revenues and performance of Trakcja Group and PRK 7 Nieruchomości sp. z o.o.
