72/2022 - Notification pursuant to Article 19 para. 1 of the MAR

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) informs that the Company was notified on 10 October 2022, in keeping with Article 19 para. 1 of Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR), by:
1.    COMSA S.A.U.  as a person closely associated with Julio Alvarez Lopez, Miquel Llevat Vallespinosa and Jorge Miarnau Montserrat, members of the Company’s Supervisory Board, of the sale by COMSA S.A.U. of shares in the Company on 7 October 2022;
2.    Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu Spółka Akcyjna as a person closely associated with Jakub Lechowicz, the President of the Company’s Management Board and Klaudia Budzisz, a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, of the acquisition of shares in the Company on 7 October 2022.

The contents of the notifications are disclosed by the Company in an appendix hereto.
