51/2021 - Conversion, assimilation and introduction to stock exchange trading of 12,335,891 series C ordinary bearer shares

The Management Board of the Trakcja S.A. company (the ”Company”) with reference to current report No. 45/2021 informs that:

1. On the basis of an application of the Company, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. by resolution No. 1226/2021 of 7 December 2021 resolved to introduce as of 13 December 2021 to stock exchange trading in the primary market 12,335,891 series C ordinary bearer shares of the Trakcja S.A. company with a nominal value of PLN 0.80 (eighty grosz) each, designated by the National Depository for Securities S.A. with the code PLTRKPL00113.

2. On the basis of an application of the Company, the National Depository for Securities S.A. by a statement of 8 December 2021 resolved to perform on 13 December 2021 assimilation of 12,335,891 series C ordinary bearer shares of the Company with the code PLTRKPL00113 created after an exchange of 12,335,891 series C registered shares designated with the code PLTRKPL00105 made on 29 November 2021, with 61,679,457 ordinary bearer shares of the Company designated with the code PLTRKPL00014. The shares subject to assimilation shall receive the code PLTRKPL00014.

3. As of 13 December 2021, 74,015,348 ordinary bearer shares of the Company shall be designated with the code PLTRKPL00014.
