42/2021 Information on conclusion of a significant contract by a subsidiary, AB Kauno Tiltai

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) hereby informs that today it received information about signing, on September 30, 2021, by the Issuer’s subsidiary, AB Kauno Tiltai, with its registered office in Lithuania (“Contractor”), and Kaunas City administration (Kauno miesto savivaldybės administracija, “Contracting Authority”), of a Contract for “performance of construction works for the continuation of the Ateities avenue from Palemono Street to T. Masiulio Street in Kaunas, section 1 from Palemono Street (RP 23+38.07 to RP 38+5).”
Pursuant to the Contract, the Contractor is obliged to carry out construction work in accordance with the technical design provided by the Contracting Authority; the Contractor is also obliged to prepare the Work Design (which specifies the technical solutions of the design and according to which the construction work is performed), to provide engineering services, and to eliminate defects.

The total net value of the Contract is equal to EUR 11,516,701.98 (PLN 53,307,358.45). The work covered by the Contract is to be completed within 24 months from the commencement of the construction works (i.e. from the date when the Contractor commenced performing any construction works after the takeover the construction site from the Contracting Authority).

The remaining terms and conditions of the Contract do not differ from those commonly used for this type of contracts.

The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish this information since the performance of the aforementioned Contract constitutes a significant share in the portfolio of orders performed by the subsidiary, AB Kauno Tiltai, and has an impact on maintaining the current and increasing the future revenues and results of AB Kauno Tiltai.
