39/2021 Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company – Significant shareholders

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. in Warsaw ("Company") hereby provides, in Appendix 1 to this report, the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held in Warsaw on 10 September 2021.

Article 70(3) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to organised trading and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382).
