31/2021 Information on the conclusion of a material contract by the company Trakcja

The Management Board of the Company Trakcja S.A. (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) informs that today a contract has been signed bilaterally between Trakcja S.A. and PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Contracting Authority”), on the performance of construction works within the Project OPI&E 5.1-11.2 entitled: “Works on the railway line no. 7 Warszawa Wschodnia Osobowa – Dorohusk at the section Warsaw – Otwock – Dęblin – Lublin, stage II” the section Warszawa Wschodnia Osobowa – Warszawa Wawer (“Contract”).

In compliance with the Contract, the value of works amounts to: PLN 366,155,460.89 net (in words: three hundred sixty six million one hundred fifty five thousand four hundred sixty zloty 89/100) and the conditional amount provided for hereunder amounts to: PLN 56,200,000.00 net (in words: fifty six million two hundred thousand zloty 00/100). Works shall be performed within 30 months as of the day of starting works indicated in the Contract.

Other terms and conditions of the Contract do not differ from terms and conditions universally applied for this type of contracts.

The Management Board of the Issuer decided to publish this information, since implementation of the aforementioned contract constitutes a significant share in the portfolio of contracts implemented by the Company.
