16/2020 - Notification pursuant to Article 69b of the Act on Public Offering

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (”Company”, “Issuer”) hereby informs that today it was presented by COMSA S.A.U. (”COMSA”) with a notification delivered pursuant to Article 69b of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies dated 29 July 2005, in connection with COMSA’s subscription of the G series registered bonds convertible to the Company’s D series shares (as notified by the Company in the Current Report no. 14/2020.)

The details of the notification are provided in the appendix to this Report.
