15/2020 - Notification pursuant to Article 19.1 of MAR

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (”Company”) hereby informs that today the Company received a notification pursuant to Article 19.1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (MAR), presented by Comsa S.A.U. based in Barcelona as a person closely related with Fernando Perea Samarra, Miquel Llevat Vallespinosa and Jorge Miarnau Montserrat - members of the Company’s Supervisory Board. The content of the notification received by the Company is attached as an appendix to this report.
