12/2020 - Information about the conclusion of an agreement by a subsidiary, AB Kauno tiltai

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (”Company”, “Issuer”) hereby informs that today it was notified about the conclusion of an agreement by the Issuer’s subsidiary, AB Kauno tiltai (based in Lithuania) with a state enterprise, Lithuanian Airports (”Contracting Authority”) for the performance of construction works entitled “Construction works at the Vilnius airport” (”Vilnius”).

The total net value of the Agreement amounts to EUR 26,784,003.00 [PLN 122 086 122.42]. The works under this Agreement are to be performed within 17 months from the commencement of works.

The date of commencement of works shall fall within 14 days from the submission of a good performance bond. The Agreement shall enter into force upon signing and the submission of a relevant collateral. The good performance bond must amount to at least 10% of the net value of the Agreement, and may be provided in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit. Other terms of the Agreement do not differ from contractual terms that are usually applied in this type of agreements.

The Issuer’s Management Board has decided to publish this information because the value of the Agreement constitutes an important share in the contracts portfolio of the subsidiary, AB Kauno tiltai, and can influence the maintenance of the level of the Issuer's current and future revenues and results.
