10/2020 - Adjustment of the 2019 Annual Report and the Group’s 2019 Consolidated Annual Report - addition of the independent statutory auditor’s report on the audit of the annual financial statements.

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (”Company”) hereby announces the adjustment of the published 2019 Annual Report of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. and the Trakcja Group’s published 2019 Consolidated Annual Report.

This adjustment is related with including the wrong document in the published reports - the independent statutory auditor’s report on the audit of the Company’s financial statements and the Group’s consolidated financial statements for 2019. Content of correct reports of the independent statutory auditor published with the subsequent statements is identical to that in previously published reports; the adjustment concerns the date only (22/04/2020 instead of 21/04/2020).

This adjustment does not introduce any other changes in documents that constitute components of these reports, and it does not change the content of the submitted annual reports.

The Issuer hereby informs that the next report shall include the aforementioned 2019 Annual Report of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. and the 2019 Consolidated Annual Report of the Trakcja Group.
