1/2020 - Dates for the publication of interim reports in 2020
The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (”Company”) hereby announces the following dates of publication of periodic reports in 2020:
- Consolidated Annual Report (RS) for financial year 2019 - on 21 April 2020
(Unconsolidated) Annual Report (R) for financial year 2019 - on 21 April 2020
- Consolidated quarterly reports (QSr) containing condensed separate financial information:
- report for 1st quarter 2020 - on 26 May 2020
- report for 3rd quarter 2020 - on 26 November 2020
- Consolidated periodic report for the first half of 2020 (PSr) containing the interim condensed financial statements – on 16 September 2020.
Simultaneously, pursuant to Article 62.1.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by laws of non-member states as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) (hereafter: Regulation), the Company informs that in the consolidated quarterly and half-year reports that will include quarterly financial information and half-yearly condensed financial statements, along with the report of the audit company. The annual report will be prepared and make public both in the unconsolidated and consolidated form.
Pursuant to Article 79.1 of the above Regulation, the Company will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2019 and the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2020.

Section 80 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by laws of non-member states as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
