81/2019 - Conditional registration of ordinary B series bearer shares with the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A (”Company”) hereby informs that on 11 December 2019, Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (”KDPW”) issued statement no. 1112/2019 relating to the conclusion of an agreement between KDPW and the Company on the registration in the depository of securities maintained by KDPW of 10,279,909 (say: ten million two hundred and seventy nine thousand nine hundred and nine) of the Company’s ordinary B series bearer shares with the nominal value of PLN 0.80 (say: eighty groszy) per share (”B Series Shares”) marked with the code ISIN PLTRKPL00014, on the condition of admitting B Series Shares to trading on the regulated market.

Registration of B Series Shares in the depository of securities maintained by KDPW shall take place in connection with closing the accounts maintained for transferable B Series Shares marked with the code PLTRKPL00097, within three days from KDPW’s receipt of the decision of the Warsaw Stock Exchange about the admission of B Series Shares to trading on the regulated market.

Information about the registration of B Series Shares in the depository of securities maintained by KDPW shall be submitted in the form of a KDPW operating announcement, to be notified by the Company in a separate current report.
