70/2019 - Significant package of shares - correction of the notification made by the shareholder

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") informs that on November 13, 2019, the Company received a correction of notification of November 6, 2019,  sent pursuant to art. 69 par. 1 point 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies - from PZU SA Pension Society acting on behalf of the PZU Open Pension Fund "Złota Jesień" (OFE PZU).
