11/2018 - Information on the appointment of the President of the Management Board
The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (the “Company”, „Issuer”) informs that on 7 June 2018 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the appointing Mr Marcin Lewandowski as President of the Management Board as of 1 September 2018.
Mr. Marcin Lewandowski graduated from Gdańsk University of Technology at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, specialisation Construction and Engineering Structures - Bridges.
Previously held positions and professional career:
1994 – present – Płockie Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Mostowych S.A. / Bilfinger Berger S.A. / PORR S.A. (the same employer - change of name results from ownership transformations).
1994 – 1997 Construction Engineer - PPRM S.A.,
1997 – 2000 Construction Manager / Head of the Construction Team - PPRM S.A.,
2000 – 2007 Director of the Włocławek Branch - PPRM S.A.,
2007 – 2009 Director of the Bridge Division - Bilfinger Berger S.A.,
2009 – currently Member of the Board and Chief Operating Officer - Bilfinger Berger S.A. / PORR S.A.
During his professional career, Mr. Marcin Lewandowski was responsible for a number of key infrastructure investments in Poland and Norway, including, among others:
Construction of the Railway Tunnel to the Okęcie Airport,
Construction of Solidarności Cable-Stayed Bridge in Płock,
Construction of the Warsaw Southern Bypass,
Construction of the Gdańsk Southern Bypass,
Construction of T. Mazowiecki Cable-Stayed Bridge in Rzeszów,
Construction of many sections of expressways, including: S6, S7, S8 and S17,
Construction of the TresfjordBrua and FarrisBrua Bridges in Norway,
Renovation of Lazienki Bridge in Warsaw
Mr. Marcin Lewandowski according to the presented statement, as at the date of commencement of the mandate, i.e. as at 1 September 2018:
- will not be involved in any activity that is competitive to that conducted by the Company,
- will not be a partner of another competitive civil law partnership,
- will not be a partner in any other competitive partnership,
- will not be a member of the body of another competitive capital company,
- will not participate in another competing legal person as a member of its governing body.
In addition, Mr. Marcin Lewandowski is not registered with the Register of Insolvent Debtors under the Law on the National Court Register.
