7/2018 - Proposal of the Management Board regarding the distribution of profits for 2017

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("the Company") announces that today it has approved a resolution on distribution of profits for 2017, recommending the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company to allocate the profit of PLN 32,039,476.84 as follows:

- the amount of PLN 5,139,954.80 (i.e. PLN 0.1 per one share) for the payment of dividend,

- the amount of PLN 26,899,522.04 for supplementary capital.

The Management Board submitted this recommendation to the Supervisory Board of the company for assessment. The final decision in the matter of distribution of profits and dividend payment will be taken by the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

The Management Board recommends setting the date of establish the right to dividend on September 25, 2018, and proposes to appoint the dividend payment date on October 15, 2018.
