68/2022 - Information on resignation of the Vice-President of the Management Board

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”) informs that on 26 September 2022 the Company was notified by Mr. Jacek Gdański of his resignation from the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board and from the membership in the Company’s Management Board, effective as at the end of 26 September 2022.

In keeping with the notification made, the resignation was related to the completion of the capital injection into the Company.
