64/2022 Information on the concluding of a contract by the subsidiary, AB Kauno Tiltai

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company” or “Issuer”) hereby informs that the Issuer’s subsidiary, AB Kauno Tiltai with its seat in Lithuania (the “Contractor”), has signed today the following contract with LITGRID AB (LITGRID Joint Stock Company) with its seat in Vilnius, Lithuania, and AB „Ignitis gamyba” with its seat in Elektreny, Lithuania (hereinafter jointly the “Contracting Entity”): “Expansion and construction work concerning the Kruonis 330/110/10 kV high-voltage switching station” (the “Contract”).

The net value of the concluded contract amounts to EUR 51,898,900.00 (PLN 244,511,287.57).

The work in favour of AB „Ignitis gamyba” is to be completed within 5 months from the date of signing of the contract, and the work in favour of LITGRID AB is to be completed by 31 December 2026.
The remaining terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the terms and conditions generally applied for such contracts.

The Issuer’s Management Board has reached a decision for publishing this information, as the performance of the foregoing contract constitutes an important share in the contract portfolio performed by the Trakcja Group and the Issuer’s subsidiary, AB Kauno Tiltai; it also bears an impact on the maintenance of current and increase of future revenues and performance of Trakcja Group and AB Kauno Tiltai.
