1/2022 Information on the concluding of a contract

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company” or “Issuer”) hereby informs that following the conduct of a procedure for the award of a public contract in the form of an unlimited tender, the Company has signed today the following agreement with the City of Łódź – Municipal Investments Administration with its seat in Łódź: “Expansion of the road and rail system along the route: ulica Ogrodowa – ulica Północna at the segment from ulica Zachodnia to ulica Franciszkańska, along with the reconstruction of the tram junction at ulica Północna”.

The net value of the contract amounts to PLN 37,015,028.45. The work is to be completed within 20 months from the signing of the contract. The remaining terms and conditions of the agreement do not differ from the terms and conditions generally applied for such contracts.

The Issuer’s Management Board has reached a decision for publishing this information, as the performance of the foregoing contract is a further step in the diversification of the Company’s activities and its commitment to projects involving the construction and modernization of rail transport.
