Klaudia Budzisz

Ms Klaudia Budzisz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań, Katowice School of Banking and Finance, and the Faculty of Management of the Poznań University of Economics. She completed a post-graduate course in European Union Law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She was entered on the list of legal counsels of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Katowice and obtained a restructuring advisor license.

Ms Klaudia Budzisz has many years of professional experience in providing legal services to businesses, including in the field of restructuring and corporate services. She ran a legal counsel's office in 2009–2016. She has been working for Industrial Development Agency (Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.) since May 2016, first as Deputy Director and next as Director of the Management Board Office. Since September 2018, she has been the Managing Director for Corporate Affairs. She holds the following functions within the Industrial Development Agency group: President of the Management Board of POL-Euro S.A. and Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Euro – Eko Media sp. z o.o. In 2016–2019, she served as the Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Wałbrzyskie Zakłady Koksownicze "Victoria" S.A.
