Trakcja Group with a road contract in Lithuania
The Lithuanian company Kauno Tiltai, which belongs to the Trakcja Group, has signed a contract worth 115 million PLN for a comprehensive reconstruction of a section of the A1 highway Vilnius - Kaunas.
The contract provides for the construction of a two-lane section of motorway with a 352 m long bridge over the Wilia River and a 74 m long road viaduct over Jonavos Street in Kaunas. The construction of the new bridge will enable the separation of agglomeration and transit traffic. Under the contract, nearly 3 km of lighting network, 1.2 km of drainage and nearly 6.5 km of electrical lines will be laid. The entire investment will be completed within 17 months from the date of signing the agreement.
