Announcement of selecting auditor
The Supervisory Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. invites to submit written offers for audit of the financial statements of Trakcja PRKiI S.A, Trakcja Group and selected companies of Trakcja Group for years 2019-2020.
Scope of the contract includes review of standalone, half-year financial statements of Trakcja PRKiI S.A., as well as selected entities from Trakcja Group for the first half year of 2019 and 2020, and consolidated, half-year financial statements of Trakcja Group for the first half year of 2019 and 2020 prepared according to IAS and PAS, along with preparation of a review report.
Offers should be submitted in paper form (1 copy) in a sealed envelope up to 25/03/2019 (until the end of the day) to following address: Trakcja PRKiI S.A., ul. Złota 59 XVIIIp. 00-120 Warsaw with note "Audyt" and in electronic form to e-mail address: audyt@grupatrakcja.com.
Offers sent after deadline will not be considered (date of receipt is decisive).
