Trakcja PRKiI to refurbish the Gubałówka Hill Funicular route
The project covers adjustment of the track and stresses, together with maintenance and supplementation of the track ballast. The works will also include rail squat repair, replacement of damaged drainage troughs, stabilisation of driveways and installation of road safety barriers. The value of the contract amounts to PLN 450 thousand and it is another project of this type to be carried out by Trakcja PRKiI for PKL. The range of works includes the entire 1301-metre funicular route with gauge of 1.20 m.
The work will be performed during non-traffic hours and is planned to be completed at the end of November 2018.
