Railway contract Poznań – Rokietnica
Trakcja PRKiI has won another railway contract. It will perform works along railway line E59 in Wielkopolska Province for over 292 million PLN net.
The purpose of the investment is modernization of track systems and accompanying infrastructure along over 18-kilometre long section Poznań Główny - Rokietnica. The scope of the contract includes redevelopment of surface and railroad bed, traction network as well as power devices and systems up to 1 kV. Three stations will be modernized: Poznań Wola, Kiekrz and Rokietnica together with 25 engineering objects, including 4 viaducts and 3 bridges. Moreover, passenger infrastructure will be reorganized: platforms, buildings, passages, roads and crossings. The contract also includes implementation of tracks drainage, removal of collision as well as demolition and removal of trees. Period of the investment covers 23 months since the date of the contract.
