Trakcja PRKiI S.A. supplements the composition of the Management Board

On 9 June, the Supervisory Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. appointed the following members of the Management Board:

Jarosław Tomaszewski was appointed President of the Board and General Manager. Jarosław Tomaszewski graduated with a degree in Economics and Manufacturing Organisation from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź and completed numerous training courses in the field of finance and management in Poland and abroad. He has been working for Trakcja PRKiI S.A. since November 2013 as the CFO, and since 19 February this year he has been acting as the President of the Board. He has over 30 years of experience as a manager and financial officer. For over 20 years, he was contributing to the works of management boards of companies such as ABB and Elektrobudowa, and was a member of supervisory boards of many manufacturing entities. During his period in office, Trakcja PRKiI S.A. achieved some of the best financial results in its history and considerably reduced its debt.

Paweł Nogalski was appointed Vice-president of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer. Paweł Nogalski graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. He has been working for Trakcja PRKiI S.A. since 2004, first as a financial analyst, then financial controller, head of the controlling department and director of operating controlling. Since October 2012, he has been a deputy finance director of the company, also responsible for managing the controlling department of the Trakcja Group. From June to November 2013, he acted as the finance director. In 2001-2004, he worked for Aarsleff Poland and Shell Poland as a financial and business analyst. While employed at Trakcja PRKiI S.A., he was responsible for preparing the issue prospectus prior to the IPO of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in April 2008 and for the due diligence study preceding the acquisition of the Lithuanian Tiltra Group in 2011.

Marek Kacprzak was appointed Vice-president of the Board and Director responsible for Marketing & Production Preparation. Marek Kacprzak graduated from Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), and has completed post-graduate courses at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Military University of Technology in Design and Upgrade of Railways. He has obtained a wide range of construction licences in fields such as installation as well as construction and building works. In 1998–2009, he worked at PRK 7 S.A. (Trakcja Group since 2008) as a site supervisor, site manager and contract manager. Since 2009, as a contract manager of Trakcja PRKiI S.A., he has been responsible for projects such as the upgrade of the Łódź Widzew railway station and the construction of the technical facilities for the Łódź Agglomeration Railways.

Sławomir Raczyński was appointed Vice-president of the Board and Production Director. Sławomir Raczyński graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Wrocław University of Technology. He has obtained a number of professional licences for the construction of railway lines, junctions and stations as well as construction, building and road works. For over 20 years, he has been specialising in complex infrastructure projects, mainly related to railways and tramways. Since 1995, he was working at PRKiI Wrocław S.A. (Trakcja Group since 2005) as a site engineer, site supervisor and site manager. In 2009-2013, he was the deputy director of the Railway Track Works Department, and a contract director since March 2015. Since April 2015, he was the Production Director of Trakcja PRKiI S.A.

Nerijus Eidukevičius remains in the Management Board in his previous position of Vice-president and Director for Baltic Markets.

We proved it last month by submitting the most advantageous bids in four tendering procedures worth over PLN 250 million in total," says Maciej Radziwiłł, President of the Trakcja PRKiI S.A.
