Contract for street reconstruction in Piła
Trakcja PRKiI S.A. signed a contract for reconstruction of a nearly one-kilometre section of Przemysłowa street in Piła, Wielkopolskie. The 2.2-million contract comprises demolition work and construction of a new carriageway, pavement, cycle track, car park and other urban infrastructure items.
Apart from the street modernization work, also a car park for approx. 100 cars, lay-bys and a bus terminus will be built. The contract also provides for the construction of street lighting and drainage, and reconstruction of the ICT and gas supply network. Once the roadworks are completed, the adjacent green areas will be restored. The planned date of completion of the project is late September of 2015.
