Road construction contract in the Poviat of Elbląg
Trakcja PRKiI S.A. signed a contract for the reconstruction of poviat (county) road in the Warmia and Masuria region. For the sum of PLN 2.2 million, a section of the road and the bridge located within this section will be completely upgraded and adapted to be compliant with applicable safety requirements.
The reconstruction of the poviat road in the area of Gronowo Górne – Nowina – Sierpin includes construction of a new bituminous road surface and reinforcement of the carriageway, improvement to the geometry of intersections, and construction of bus bays and car park spaces. The scope of work also provides for the regulation of edge curves, repair of the bridge and culverts, as well as ditch cleaning and restoration. Under the contract, also road exits and pavements will be rebuilt, bridge railings, light fittings, separation barriers and steel crash barriers will be installed and pedestrian crossings will be demarcated.
The value of the work to be performed until September will amount to PLN 2.2 million.
