Strength in numbers – that is how are things in our subsidiaries
We have checked how are things in our group entities and we can proudly announce that PRK 7 Nieruchomości Sp z o.o. has concluded two relevant contracts.
On 23 September we concluded a contract with the Motor Transport Institute in Warsaw. The subject matter of the contract are construction works, concerning the thermo-modernization of the MTI buildings in Warsaw. The value of the investment defined in the contract amounts to PLN 16 537 961.56 gross.
We started the next week with another success, on 27 September we concluded a contract, with, acting on behalf of Warsaw, the Warsaw City Development Management, the subject matter of which is the construction of the Intergenerational Activity Centre. The value of the works will amount to PLN 28 970 622.95 gross.
