The Trakcja Group company to expand the Academy of Special Education by the name of Maria Grzegorzewska in Warsaw
PRK 7 Nieruchomości, a development company from the Trakcja Group, will carry out another investment in the Mazowieckie Province. For nearly PLN 36 million gross, it will build a new teaching building for the Academy of Special Education by the name of Maria Grzegorzewska.
The five-level building with an area of 1 344 m² will be built on the campus of the university at ul. Szczęśliwicka in Warsaw. The building includes a scientific and didactic part covering auditoriums for 100 and 200 people with facilities, a laboratory, an archive and a museum of Maria Grzegorzewska, as well as an office and administrative zone.
The facility will be connected to neighbouring buildings “B” and “C”.
The investment will be carried out within 24 months from the date of signing the contract.
The company has built, among others, a housing estate of multi-family houses at ul. Lazurowa, as well as segments at ul. Oliwska, and is currently implementing a multi-family building Husa Park in Białołęka.
The company is continuing its development in the new public utilities segment – currently in consortium with Trakcja PRKiI, the company is building a primary school in Ząbki near Warsaw.
