The Trakcja Group to build a school and education complex in Pruszków
Special School and Education Centre at ul. Wapienna in Pruszków will be built by a development company from the Trakcja Group, PRK 7, for PLN 42.3 million gross. The investment envisages the construction of new Centre facilities – the current headquarters of the facility was commissioned in the 1960s.
The investment will be carried out in two stages: in the first phase of the project, a new, three-level teaching building with kitchen facilities, a canteen, a common room and a fully equipped sports hall will be built.
As part of the second stage, a dormitory for the residents of the centre will be built. The total building area will be 3 105.52 m2. The school facility will be intended for 150 students, as well as 50 teachers and physiotherapists. The contract also provides for the construction of associated infrastructure including pavements, driveways and a parking lot with 78 parking spaces. Moreover, a playground, a football pitch and a running track with a long jump will be built around the training complex. Within the training complex there will also be separate positions for hippotherapy and dog therapy.
Trakcja PRKiI is the consortium partner. The entire project will be completed by July 2022.
