5/2019 - Change of terms of periodic reports publication in 2019

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (the Company) in reference to the current report no. 1/2019 from 18 January 2019 informs that terms of periodic reports publication in 2019 has been changed as follows:

1. Standalone (R) and consolidated annual report (RS) for financial year 2018 – originally planned for 10 April 2019 – are postponed to 30 April 2019

2. Consolidated quarterly report (QSr) containing condensed separate financial information for 1st quarter of 2019 – originally planned for 16 May 2019 – is postponed to 30 May 2019

Other terms of periodic reports publication in 2019 remain unchanged.

Legal basis:

Section 80 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by laws of non-member states as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
