1/2019 - Dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2019

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (the Company) hereby makes public the following dates of publication of periodic reports in 2019

1. Consolidated Annual Report (RS) for financial year 2018 - on 10 April 2019

(Standalone) Annual Report (R) for financial year 2018- on 10 April 2019

2. Consolidated quarterly reports (QSr) containing condensed separate financial information:

      - report for 1st quarter of 2019 - on 16 May 2019

      - report for 3rd quarter of 2019 – on 14 November 2019

3. Consolidated periodic report for the first half of 2019 (PSr) containing the interim condensed financial statements – on 29 August 2019.

At the same time, pursuant to Section 62 paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by laws of non-member states as equivalent. (Journal of Laws 2018 item 757) (hereinafter: the Regulation), the Company informs that in the consolidated quarterly and half-year reports that will include quarterly financial information and half-yearly condensed financial statements together with the audit company's audit report. The annual report will be prepared and make public both in the unconsolidated and consolidated form.

According to Section 79 paragraph 2 of the above Regulation, the Company will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2018 and the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2019.
