27/2016 - Resignation from the position of Deputy President of the Management Board of the Company

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("the Company") hereby announces that on 30 December 2016 , the Company received from Mr. Sławomir Raczyński a declaration of resignation as Vicepresident of the Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. The Resignation was made with effect as of 30 December 2016.

The reasons behind the resignation included important family matters.

Section 5 paragraph 1 subparagraph 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by laws of non-member states as equivalent.
