26/2016 - Notification pursuant to Article 19.1 of MAR

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("the Company, "the Issuer") hereby informs that the Company received today a notification under Article 19.1 MAR from Comsa S.A. as a person closely related with Fernando Perea Samarra and Jorge Miarnau Montserrat (members of the Issuer's Supervisory Board).

The content of the notification received by the Company is attached as an annex to this report .
