23/2016 - Provision for staff restructuring

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. (hereinafter: "the Company"), with reference to the Current Report no.  22/2016 on the optimization of the organizational structure, provides information on the provision for staff restructuring (payment of benefits to workers being laid off) to be covered in the standalone and consolidated financial results for the year 2016.

The total value of the provision made and the incurred costs on the result of the Trakcja PRKiI S.A. Company and the Group, estimated as PLN 3.9 million, will be presented in the standalone financial statement for the third quarter of 2016 and settled until 30 June 2017.
