45/2015 - Information about the change of the date of publication of the III quater report for the year 2015

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("Company") hereby informs about the change of the date of providing the III quarter report for the year 2015. The report shall be published on 9 November 2015.

The initial date of publication of the reports for the above period, about which the Company informed in current report no. 4/2015 of 12 January 2015 was set to 16 November 2015.

Legal basis: § 103 sec. 2 of the Resolution of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
