39/2014 - Information on the conclusion of the annexe to the material agreement

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("Company", "Issuer"), in connection with the current report no. 44/2010, hereby informs about the mutual signing by Trakcja PRKiI S.A. in Warsaw, the Representative of the Consortium composed of:

1. Trakcja PRKiI S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw,

2. Przedsiębiorstwo Napraw i Utrzymania Infrastruktury Kolejowej Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cracow.

and

PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw of the Annexe ("Annexe")to the material agreement for designing and performing construction works on the railway line Cracow – Medyka – the national border along the section Dębica – Sędziszów Małopolski from 111,500 km to 133,600 km under the Project "Modernisation of the railway line E 30/C-E 30, section Cracow – Rzeszów, stage 3"; Tender 2.2 ("Agreement") concluded on 16 December 2010.

The detailed information about the Agreement, including its value, the Company included in the current reports nos.: 44/2010 of 16 December 2010 and 44/2010 of 17 December 2010.

The deadline for the completion of the works has been defined in the Agreement as 36 months from the date of commencement of the works, however not later than by 30 September 2013.

By virtue of the Annexe, the Parties have changed the deadline for the completion of the works and decided that the works shall be completed by 8 July 2015.

The remaining provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

The Agreement shall be considered material if its total value exceeds 10% of the Company’s equity.
