37/2014 - Changes in the composition of the Management Board

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 31 December 2014 it shall receive the following representations from the members of the Management Board:

- from Mr Stefan Dziedziul a representation of resignation from the position of Member of the Management Board due to retirement,

- from Ms Marita Szustak a representation of resignation from the position of Member of the Management Board.

Legal basis:

§ 5, sec. 1 point 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
